EOY Operating Hours

Dear Valued Customer,

As we approach the end of the year, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your steadfast partnership and support over the past year. It has been an honor to work with you, and we deeply appreciate the trust you have placed in our business.

With the holiday season fast approaching, we would like to share some important information regarding our end-of-year operating hours:

  • To ensure your orders are delivered before Christmas, please place all purchase orders by Friday, 12th December. Orders placed after this date may not be delivered on time due to increased demand on our transport providers.

Holiday Season Operating Hours for Australia:

  • Wednesday, 24 December – 11am: Last shipments
  • Thursday to Friday, 25-26 December: Business closed for public holidays
  • Monday to Wednesday, 29-31 December: Skeleton Staff
  • Thursday, 1 January: Business closed for public holiday
  • Friday to Wednesday, 2-7 January: Warehouse closed for Stock Take (no shipments)
  • Resuming regular operations on Thursday 8 January 2026
