EOY Operating Hours

Dear Valued Customer,

As the year draws to a close, we extend our sincere appreciation for your unwavering partnership and support throughout the past year. It has been our privilege to collaborate with you, and we value the trust you've placed in our business.

In anticipation of the upcoming holiday season, we would like to provide you with crucial information regarding our end-of-year operating hours:

  • To ensure timely deliveries before Christmas, we recommend placing all purchase orders by Thursday, 14th December. Orders submitted after this date may miss the delivery window due to increased demand on our transport providers.
  • Please be mindful of our stock take dates from Tuesday, 2nd January until Friday, 5th January 2024, during which no shipments will occur.

Holiday Season Operating Hours for our Australia Warehouse:

  • Thursday, 21 December: Last shipments
  • Monday and Tuesday, 25-26 December: Public holidays
  • Wednesday to Friday, 27-29 December: Skeleton Staff
  • Friday, 29 December: Shipments until 12 pm
  • Monday, 1 January 2024: Public holiday
  • Stock take from Tuesday, 2 January until Friday, 5 January 2024
  • Resuming regular operations on Monday, 8 January 2024

Throughout the holiday season, we'll have skeleton staff available for urgent delivery or technical enquiries on non-public holidays.
