On Demand Preventative Maintenance and Repairs

If you don’t have a service plan with Hach yet, and still want to ensure the optimal performance of your instruments, a service on demand may be what you need. Hach offers fixed price, on demand services conducted by our factory-trained Hach Service Technicians that will help you keep your instruments running for longer.

On demand standard priced services from Hach:

  • Repairs
  • Preventive maintenance

Depending on your needs and preferred location you will receive the preventive maintenance or the repair on-site, or in our service center to maintain optimal equipment performance and longevity.

This Standard Price service includes all parts and labor needed for the repair or maintenance visit.

Commissioning

Hach commissioning services assure that your new system is calibrated, and that you are trained to keep the system running smoothly between service visits.

With the Hach Commissioning Service you receive total functionality and optimal instrument performance from the very beginning by:

  • Setting up and selecting parameters based on your needs
  • Set-up and checking of in- and output signals

On top of commissioning, instruction, and training for your operating personnel, this service offers a delayed start of the standard factory warranty period: it starts on the commissioning date instead of delivery date of your instrument*.

The consumables and wear parts used will be invoiced separately, and the commissioning and instruction does not include mounting, plumbing and electrical supply.
